Community Health Team
The Community Health Team aims to support infectious disease control and surveillance through the treatment, prevention, and education of chronic diseases and communicable diseases. Pre-natal education, immunizations, infant and child assessments, and support for young families is also provided.
Home and Community Care Team
The Home and Community Care team provides nursing care, personal care, and homemaking to enable community members of all ages with disabilities, chronic or acute illnesses and the Elderly to receive care in their homes to promote independence and an enhanced quality of life.

Mental Health Team
The Skidegate Mental Health Program, part of the Skidegate Health Centre managed by the XaaydaGa Dlaang Society, is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health support to the Skidegate community and surrounding areas of Haida Gwaii.
Dental Clinic Team
The Dental Team runs a full time Dental Clinic and delivers educational, preventative, and acute dental care.
